Pu'er Tea, also called as Pu-er or Pu-erh or famous known Compressed Tea.
Pu'er is the name of a small place in Yun Nan province in China which is also the home town of the world tea. More documents have shown that pu'er tea is grown in one of the most nourished high land in Yun Nan named Xi Shuang Ban Na, which gives the tea trees an ideal growing condition and full range of nutrients, and Pu'er actually is the place where people used to trade their tea with which the pronouncation means "harmonious home town".
People uses pu'er tea leaves for their every day cooking and drinking which makes the tea greatly acting as their only daily green vegetable in food and served its main function of providing essential nutrients and being health guard in the high land. It was recorded in the Chinese most famous medical book "Ben Cao Gang Mu" that pu'er tea acts as a detoxification, cleans the stomach and intestine, removes the fat and cures all kinds of diseases. Nevertheless pu'er leaves are always carefully picked up and stored in the compressed cake or brick shape for delivery and further usage
